[HOUSE] a FRESH start

I love small places. I love small things too, like clutters and everything which is cute and tiny. I have a collection of little decoration for my cards and crafts. I love wandering around in town with my friends in those cozy small cafe, listening to live music.
Seems like I'm obsessed with small stuffs, haha :D
Contrary to many people thought that they have to live in a big modern building when they grown up, I just want a peaceful small home of my own. I know big house is cool but somehow it just gives me a lonely feeling. And big house surely needs a lot of cleaning, too.
Which is kind of...tiring :D
These day I ussually type 'small home' in google search box, and it has million of results. I am really impressed with those small home designs from Japan and Korea, its just amazing :) The shape looks soo unique, seems like its enough for a simple girl like me lol :D
Suddenly I saw this house, and I just love it so much ^^ So I build a Sims 3 version for my just married sims, with the same outlook but different furniture decorations :) This is a 20x20 lot and it costs §32378.
All custom contents are not mine. I downloaded them from various sources (I mean so many sources that I cannot remember >.<). But all credits go to all the creators of those contents :) Without them, I cannot make my dream house in game :)
This house needs:
- WORLD ADVENTURE, LATENIGHT, AMBITION, GENERATION and PET expansion pack to be installed properly.
- NOTICE: If you only have WORLD ADVENTURE, LATENIGHT and AMBITION like I do, you can still install the house. However, the ladder in this house, which is Cottage ladder from Angela TSR, cannot be used (I don't know why but my sim doesn't teleport to the second floor like she said). You may have to enter the cheat 'moveobjects on' to move your sim upstair.

I have all the expansions you said but the stairs still don't work.
That said I think this is a lovely house, it's beautiful and cozy :) Great work!
